The procedure for applying for accessible parking permits is scattered over multiple government online portals with ambiguous search results buried in vague sections of the sites. I created an easy guide for people with disabilities (and their caretakers) to find all the information they need, at one place. This meant looking at each component of the application process across 51 states, cross-checking information with online legal research resources, and assigning points for ease of application.
Watching roadworks is captivating. We’ve all paused for a moment as JCB digs through the earth and scoops up rubble. We all wish we could operate this beast of a machine just once in our life. But we cannot unless we are certified.
I developed foundational safety assessments as practice tests for OSHA-mandated training for American workers. These quizzes familiarise workers in high risk industries with safety protocols necessary for well… staying alive.
For this project, I attended a two-week conference by the National Safety Council in Florida and collaborated with a certified safety advisor to ensure compliance and technical accuracy.
